Miriam Faith Floral Design will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, gathered as a result of filling out the Site newsletter sign up forms, to anyone. Miriam Faith Floral Design may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with the business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. 6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We share your personal data within our company which involves transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Our Site is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible. We do not use Malware Scanning.
All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear in the address bar of your browser.
We implement a variety of security measures when a User places an order, hires us, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (PayPal or Stripe), a bank transfer, via cheque or through a card processor and are not stored or processed on our servers. Payment information is encrypted.
Non-sensitive details (e.g. your name, email address) are sent normally over the internet and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By law we have to keep basic information about our clients/customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being clients/customers for tax purposes.
