Miriam Faith's approach to your wedding flowers
This quick guide will help you see how we will work with you as our client. From the ribbon choices for your hand gathered bouquet to the spectacular altar displays, Miriam Faith will help to achieve the best flower designs for your wedding day!
Booking Process
1. Initial Estimate
Using the information provided by you from our Wedding Enquiry Form, we will provide an initial estimate for your big day blooms. Please note, we use average prices per item in this guide. Actual prices for each arrangement will be determined after our first consultation once we have defined the types of flowers we will be using, the size of each arrangement and the types of vessels.
2. Your first Consultation
We will meet to discuss our initial estimate and explore any queries or questions you may have. We will discuss the types of flowers and colours you would like to use and gain a sense of the overall theme and design for your wedding.
Following our consultation, Miriam Faith will provide a detailed design proposal outlining the agreed scope which will include details of the individual arrangements, a mood board and full quote.
Consultations happen mid-week with day and evening time slots. To book, please complete our wedding enquiry form.
3. Confirming your booking
Once we have agreed upon requirements for your bridal flowers, we take a 50% deposit of the final quotation to secure our services on your wedding day. If you would like, we can then arrange a guided visit to the London Flower Market to solidify your flower choices and answer any additional questions.
4. YOur second Consultation
Our second consultation will usually happen 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. This provides an opportunity for us to review the scope and incorporate any changes. The final invoice will then be prepared and sent to you.
5. Final Payment
Full and final payment for all your bridal flowers is due 30 days before the event date.
6. The Big Day!
Miriam and members of her team will be busy working away in the days leading up to and on the morning of your wedding to prepare and install your beautiful blooms. The bridal bouquet and any other wedding party flowers (bridesmaids’ bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, etc.) will be hand delivered to you in the morning.
